I had an absolutely delightful Friday evening at this place, savoring a bowl of Rasam that brought back nostalgic memories of my hometown. The flavors in this dish were truly outstanding, with each ingredient harmonizing perfectly, particularly the spices that played a pivotal role. The beverages were expertly crafted, and the coco mango punch, in particular, satisfied my sweet tooth cravings flawlessly. And oh, the South Indian coffee! It was a remarkable experience, exuding the authentic aroma of coffee that instantly captivated my senses. The service was impeccable, and the dishes were promptly prepared. Without a doubt, I will definitely be returning to this place in the future!

Warning: Hidden Charges, Unprofessional BehaviourI ordered a meal through their website for delivery. They accepted the order and charged me, including a £ delivery fee. Then they called to say I would have to order another meal in addition to my order to get delivery, so I asked for a refund as none of this was stated on their website. They gave me a partial refund but charged me £. for the refund. I emailed asking for the rest of the money, and I've had snarky unprofessional emails in response from this business and have been charged a fee for the privilege to be refunded money for food I did not receive due to errors on their website.Edit: The owners have begun emailing me since I left this review about reputational damage, also now they're saying the meal I ordered was a dine-in only option even though they accepted the order for delivery and charged me a delivery fee.Looking through the reviews, this is not the first time customers have had a bad experience and had childish unprofessional responses from the team, so I expect the same.

The food was very disappointing the dishes Korma and Malabar were very watery and was really just a sauce as there was very little meat or vegetables in either of them. The coconut sauce was tasteless and the paratha was so dense it just wasn't pleasant. All portions were in reduced sized containers which actually didn't matter as most of it went into the food waste bin! Very disappointing.
